About DrugFreeUSA - drug consortium services and federal mandated drug testing
W. Trent Saxton, DC founder of DrugFreeUSA, challenged the Chiropractic profession by expanding his practice with mandated Federal Testing Programs. He now provides more services to both current, and potential clients. He has published articles in National Chiropratic Journals and Magazines on the subject of Occupational Testing. Dr. Saxton has taught over 550 Chiropractors and their staff to perform drug and alcohol testing.
Dr. Saxton has been performing DOT/FMCSA physicals for 10 years. In 2006, he was invited to participate on the Working Integrated Product Team for the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners a project headed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The Department of Transportation will soon test all doctors on their knowledge and performance while providing Commercial Driver License physicals.
Dr. Saxton's continuing education courses and current certifications in audiometry, spirometry, drug and alcohol testing, enable him to provide a higher level of services in his office as well as broaden his scope of practice. Dr. Saxton still practices Chiropractic to both current, and potential clients. He feels that this is the most ethical way to expand your practice without gimmicks and giveaways.
Dr. Saxton is a Third Party Administrator, (TPA) for over 700 trucking companies and his County DOT program. He pre-employment tests many non-regulated local companies and agencies such as Home Depot, Wal Mart, Safeway, and the United States Forest Service.
His Chiropractic Office in Graeagle Medical Clinic now offers Patients and Employers that fall under federal OSHA guidelines these services in addition to his Chiropractic Work:

These services were traditionally limited to local hospitals, clinics or laboratories.
